Refund policy

The Babywearing Physio will work with you to select a carrier that will suit your needs. If you wish to return your carrier, get in touch within 7 days of delivery via ann@thebabywearingphysio.com to arrange a return. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging intact. Postage for your returned item is your responsibility. Refund or replacement will occur within two working days of your returned item being received. 

If an item is faulty on delivery, please get in touch immediately via ann@thebabywearingphysio.com. 

In the event of a recall from the manufacturer, The Babywearing Physio will contact you regarding replacement.
